Moy Park Foodservice has extended its SnaX Factor competition deadline to 28th November to give pub chefs more time to submit a winning bar snack idea and scoop £1,000 cash and over £20,000 worth of free product.
The giveaway, open to pubs across the UK is calling on chefs to get creative and use Moy Park's chicken products to design a killer bar snack.
Frannie Santos-Mawdsley; Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Foodservice, Moy Park, says: "There is always a surge in eating out amongst groups during the festive season so why not make the most of the increased custom at this time of year to offer up your creative Moy Park chicken snacks.
"With an extended competition deadline, pub chefs now have the ideal opportunity to trial festive platters and bar snacks using our chicken products throughout the coming month. We're looking for that stand out bar snack from chefs with an understanding of the versatility of chicken and a number of profit opportunities that are opened up because of this. Imagination is everything - that's what gives you the SnaX Factor."
Getting involved couldn't be simpler. All pubs need to do is buy an array of Moy Park chicken products - available from most major wholesale outlets - get creative in the kitchen and send Moy Park a picture of their creation here: www.moyparkfoodservice.com/snax-factor. Five finalists will then be chosen to face a public vote to determine the lucky recipient of the £21,000 prize.
Deadline for competition entries is midnight on 28th November 2014.
