Moy Park is celebrating success again at this year’s National Egg & Poultry Awards with a win for Atif Alam who was awarded Young Processor of the Year, one of our suppliers, Jason Browne of Browne Poultry won Pullet Rearer of the Year, while the business was Highly Commended in the Sustainable Farming category.
Atif Alam, Production Manager, started at Moy Park in 2020 as a graduate trainee with the technical department and has thrived in his career with the structured training and development which has enabled him to contribute to business success in multiple projects across many of our sites.
Jason Browne rears 68,000 pullets per cycle for Moy Park on his farm in County Tyrone, which are characterised by their high quality, with excellent uniformity, bodyweight and feathering.
These awards are a reflection of the incredible amount of discipline, ownership and determination demonstrated throughout our business. This success, in competition with the best in the industry, is built upon sustained outstanding performance, ensuring a continued investment in the business and our people, how we work together effectively in partnership with our agri producers and our commitment to environmental sustainability.
