Moy Park helps young people ‘engineer’ success


One of the UK’s top 10 food companies, Moy Park, is helping its employees learn new skills and gain qualifications through apprenticeships at its Anwick site. Four employees, Faye Doyle-Thomas, Arkadius Wozik, Marcin Yaniarczyk and Arturas Rusteik, who all live in Lincolnshire, are working towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Maintenance Engineering at Lincoln College, to further their industry knowledge and career development. Moy Park apprentice Faye Doyle-Thomas said:
