One of the UK’s top 10 food companies, Moy Park, is helping its employees learn new skills and gain qualifications through apprenticeships at its Anwick site. Four employees, Faye Doyle-Thomas, Arkadius Wozik, Marcin Yaniarczyk and Arturas Rusteik, who all live in Lincolnshire, are working towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Maintenance Engineering at Lincoln College, to further their industry knowledge and career development.
