Moy Park, has announced a major £8m investment in a strategic multi-year skills programme to support the growth of the company as a leading European food business.
The skills growth programme, which will be supported by a £1.4m grant from Invest Northern Ireland, covers a comprehensive suite of training and learning initiatives including leadership and management development, technical competences and functional skills across the entire company workforce.
Moy Park’s HR Director Europe, Mike Mullan stated:
