Easy Food Home-Cook Hero Awards 2011

In November readers of Easyfood Magazine were asked to enter their tried and tested chicken based recipes into a Home-Cook Hero Cookery Competition to get the chance to win recognition for all their efforts in the kitchen! Moy Park sponsored the 'Fabulous Fowl - Best Chicken Dish' category and received some amazing entries. Three shortlisted entrants were invited to cook for a panel of judges at the 'Cooks Academy' in Dublin and then went on to a gala banquet and awards ceremony at Dublin's Shelbourne Hotel that evening. We would like to congratulate the Moy Park 'Fabulous Fowl' category winner, Mr Shani Alam for his delectable Chicken Curry with Mint Yoghurt and Homemade Roti which won first prize. Congratulations also goes to the two finalists, Mary O'Farrell with her Chicken Parmigiano with Basil Mash recipe and Fiona Sherlock with her Sexy Chicken Noodle Soup recipe.
