One group to benefit from the Moy Park Community Support Fund in Northern Ireland is Youth Sport Omagh.
Youth Sport Omagh is a state-of-the-art training and coaching facility that aims to provide everything for teams and individual athletes of all levels. The complex acts as a multi-sports centre to cater for the participation and development of athletics, cycling, gaelic games, hockey, rugby and soccer.
This funding from Moy Park will go a long way to support facilities like Youth Sport Omagh, which play a vital role in local communities in terms of physical and mental wellbeing. We will now be able to invest in new equipment and ‘Get Active Coaching’ - which offers a variety of community engagement initiatives to help people live a healthier lifestyle. As we move into the winter months, it is crucial that sports clubs continue to be supported and receive financial backing, in order to survive for the wellbeing of local communities.
