One group to benefit from the Moy Park Community Support Fund in Northern Ireland is the Mid Ulster Child Contact Centre in Dungannon.
The Mid Ulster Child Contact Centre provides contact for mums, dads, parents and grandparents to have good positive contact in a safe, secure and child friendly environment with trained volunteers who are impartial and welcoming to all families.
The £1,000 grant from Moy Park will be used to provide PPE and toys and will allow the MUCCC to continue to support families during this time of unease.
The most important people in the Child Contact Centre are the children and we offer lots of play-based activities to ensure that they feel as relaxed and happy as possible. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions in place, we hope to be able to adjust and adhere to government guidelines. This important grant from Moy Park will go towards some new toys for the children and PPE for families and volunteers and will allow the children to meet with a parent or grandparent in a neutral venue.
