A major initiative, Wellbeing Week has been piloted, improved and rolled out across the business.
This flagship programme places a focus on employee health and wellbeing in a business that provides nutritious, low fat food to the nation. It is held once a year at each main site and is underpinned by programmes running throughout the year to create and develop a culture of caring and nurturing employees.
The initiatives in place are having a positive impact on employee welfare supported by feedback from the annual Staff Survey results.
