Moy Park has been selected by McDonald’s to be included in their 2012 Global Best of Sustainable Supply report.
An initiative for Developing More Efficient Water Treatment Refrigeration at Henin was chosen from a field of over 400 submissions from 127 different suppliers to make it into the top 51.
The water treatment removes impurities before it is used in refrigeration, thereby saving water and treatment products, reducing energy consumption, optimising material lifespan and reducing waste.
This is an independent external endorsement that our performance is truly world class, complimenting the Moy Park Chief Executive's Award which recognised this idea at the end of last year.
