    Justin is responsible for the Agri Business operations including laying and rearing of grand parent, parent and broilers, hatcheries and our feedmills. Since joining the business in 2014 as Agriculture Development / Improvement Manager, Justin led the innovation and continuous improvement amongst Moy Park’s agriculture supply base by working with our Agri team, our customers and our farming community to deliver a sustainable, secure and best in class performance. In 2015 Justin became General Manager Agriculture Development, then in 2016 Director of Business Ballymena with leadership of the Ballymena Business Unit Improvement Team consisting of Commercial, Agriculture, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance. Justin has extensive international experience working with farmers supplying retail customers prior to joining Moy Park, as General Manager-Produce, East Africa with Finlay’s Horticulture Kenya Ltd.

    Ursula joined Moy Park in 1987 as a Marketing Executive having graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Food Science from Queen's University, Belfast. Ursula moved into Technical and Quality Management the following year and since then has steadily helped build Moy Park's reputation as a leading food company with absolute commitment to animal health, food safety and quality. Appointed to the Executive Board as Technical Director Europe in 2013, now Technical and R&D Director Europe, Ursula is responsible for an integrated Europe-wide Technical organisation. Recognised as a leading authority on Food Safety and Poultry research, Ursula sits on several advisory bodies including IGD Technical Leadership Forum, Chilled Food Association (CFA), Food Industry Initiative on Antimicrobials (FIIA) where she is a founding member, and serves on the Food Industry Liaison Group of the Food Standards Agency NI. Ursula has previously sat on the Food Standards Agency (FSA) Acting on Campylobacter Together (ACT). She is a board member and Vice Chairperson of the Northern Ireland Food and Drink Association (NIFDA), both the Industrial Advisory Board of the Institute for Global Food Security (IGFS) and the AgriFood Quest Competence Centre at Queen's University Belfast, and is a Non-Executive Director of both the Centre for Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL) and GS1 UK, which seeks to apply international standards via barcodes to consumer goods, healthcare products and more.

    Over the years, Ursula's impact beyond Moy Park has been recognised with a series of industry awards including a NIFDA Award for Outstanding Leadership during Covid-19; ‘International Director of the Year’ from the NI Institute of Directors in 2021; and a Women in Business leadership award in 2016. In 2022 Ursula was appointed honorary 'Professor of Practice' at the IGFS and School of Biological Sciences at Queen's University Belfast. Ursula was awarded an MBE in His Majesty the King’s New Year’s honours list 2023.

    Ursula is community spirited and amongst various charitable and community activities has volunteered in the Big Beehive Build in Tanzania with the charity Farm Africa. It was an experience that will last a lifetime and has brought attention to the importance of biodiversity and sustainable business.

    Andrew joined the business in 2017 as Commercial Director UK & Ireland to lead the company’s commercial strategy for the UK and Ireland including Moy Park’s extensive insight, marketing, food innovation and commercial functions, in 2018 was appointed European Commercial Director – Retail, and in 2020 gained Executive responsibility for the Prepared Foods operations. With an extensive commercial track record, Andrew has worked with many of Europe's market and category leading FMCG companies across confectionery (Cadbury/Kraft), savoury snacks (PepsiCo UK), soft drinks (Britvic PLC) and latterly coffee (UCC). Andrew holds the Advanced Management Programme from The Harvard Business School.

    Jean Marc joined the business in 2011 as Director of the Beef and Cooked product division of Keystone Foods in Europe. Since 2014 he has been Director of McDonald’s Business for Moy Park’s Continental Europe Division prior to being appointed Prepared Foods Business Unit Director Foodservice in 2018. Jean Marc is a graduate of Lyon’s Business School in France. He worked in Danone’s sales department in France and Mexico for four years before moving to a family protein and ready meals business in the South of France, where he held various positions from Marketing to Commercial Director and CEO.

    Kirsty joined Moy Park in 2017 in the role of HR and Organisation Development Director to lead Moy Park’s HR functions and also drive its talent management, communications and corporate responsibility strategy, whilst contributing to the strategic development of the business as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. With a career spanning almost 30 years including over 20 years’ experience in the food industry, Kirsty joined Moy Park from Tulip where she held the position of HR Board Director and was responsible for leading the HR, learning and development, and health and safety functions for the UK based food producer.
