Cold -
Defrost product in the refrigerator for 24h at +4°C maximum and use within 72 hours after thawing.
Microwave -
Put frozen product (about 100g) with water (a tablespoon - 10ml) on a plate and allow to warm for 6 minutes at 960W.
Wait 4-5 minutes before serving.
