- Deep Fry - 2-3 minutes
- Oven bake - 12-13 minutes
Serve on a kebab stick with roasted red peppers and balsamic glazed red onions.
Deep Fry -
Pre-heat oil to 180°C/356°F. Deep fry in oil for 2 ½ - 3 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Drain well before serving.
Oven Bake -
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/392°F/Gas Mark 6. Place nuggets onto tray and bake for 12-13 minutes, turning half way through cooking until light golden in colour. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
