Shallow Fry -
Pre-heat oil in a pan and cook burgers for 8 minutes turning frequently.
Deep Fry -
Pre-heat oil to 180°C/375°F. Deep fry in oil for 4 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Drain well and serve immediately.
Pre-heat the grill on medium heat. Place burgers under grill and cook for 12 minutes, turning frequently, or until crisp and golden.
Oven Bake -
Pre-heat oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8. Place burgers onto tray and bake for 20 minutes turning halfway through cooking, or until crisp and golden.
