Deep Fry -
Pre-heat oil to (190°C/375°F). Deep fry in oil for 2½ - 3 minutes or until crisp and golden. Drain well before serving.
Pre-heat the grill on medium heat. Place burgers under grill and cook for 16 – 18 minutes, turning frequently, until crisp and golden.
Oven Bake -
Pre-heat oven to (220°C/440°F/Gas Mark 7). Place burgers onto tray and bake for 20 – 25 minutes turning halfway through cooking, or until crisp and golden.
