If cooking from chilled, the product must be defrosted.
Remove outer packaging. Place the product on a plate, cover with cling film, and defrost the wings thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. If defrosting, ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted prior to cooking. Do not refreeze if defrosted
