Our product development journey starts with extensive research from our Insight Team, who not only look at current trends but also forecast forthcoming consumer and market needs. Our Insight team are Foodservice experts – we subscribe to all major data providers, conduct our own research regularly, participate in key seminars and, above all, take regular market visits to see and taste what end consumers do.
Our next step in Product development is the work between our Insight, Chefs and NPD teams to create exciting recipes that our factories can execute through best process. During development we liaise with our customers regularly, ensuring our products match their commercial and strategic needs.
