Join our Rotational Placement Programme

Moy Park’s rotational placement programme offers a great opportunity for students to gain an insight into the food industry and the breadth of roles available. All rotational placement students benefit from a structured plan that enables them to gain experience in a minimum of two areas of the business while being provided with a stretch project, a trained mentor and a modular development programme. Regular reviews by the Early Careers team help to ensure all placement students feel supported and on track.

All of our rotational placement students are given an individual development plan that has been designed by functional experts to gain a breadth of experience and knowledge across Moy Park.

Completing a minimum of two different placements during their programme, our students will be given projects to work on & lead whilst learning the fundamentals of the food industry.

All of our rotational placements are assigned a trained mentor to support them during their programme and to offer opportunities to stretch and challenge themselves.

Regular reviews are scheduled throughout the duration of the programme to enable our students to gain feedback on their progress and to explore further opportunities for development.

Our rotational placement students gain development by attending internal modules to build personal effectiveness, confidence and relevant skills to help them succeed. The modules are delivered as a cohort of students to enable team building and shared learnings within a relaxed and fun environment. Unlike more traditional training programmes we put an emphasis on behaviours in the workplace so any learnings that take place are followed by an action plan to embed the learnings from the course.

A rotational placement student could experience a placement in a minimum of two of any of these functions during their programme.
