Sourcing Sustainably
At Moy Park, a key part of our social responsibility is towards our sourcing policies. We have taken the discretionary step of making public commitments to sustainability by signing up to the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil and the Federation House Commitment to use water more efficiently. Over the past 4 years we have reduced our fleet cars’ average emissions by 17% (gC02/km).
We were the first poultry company to sign up to the Courtauld Commitment Phase 2 in 2010 and remain committed to pioneering industry leading initiatives, as the first company in the UK to introduce free range in the mid 1980's and organic in the 1990's.
